This is entirely up to your employer. For example, i havent had a single holiday off in over 3 years because i work for a load of stinking dirtbags.

Just like we get days off during holidays to spend time with our family (for ex: Christmas & New Year) they to deserve to take time off and spend time with their families. They are also humans and just because they work at a bank does not mean that they can't take any holidays.
