Based on the question, I assume you took out a loan to pay for school, and the school turned out to be fake (or uncertified in some way).
In this case, your best option would be to sue the school for the money you paid, and then use that money to repay the loan.
Assuming the loan is from a third-party, yes, you are responsible for paying it back.
