AnswerIf this person is at work, then you need to start a dairy of events an record everything. Then, go to your boss and ask for an informal meeting and ask the bully to stop in front of witness, if you cannot face doing that then make an informal complaint to you manager. if you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can make a formal grievance against the bully. Oh and join a union, there is power in people.
