Auto Immune Deficiency is DIFFERENT than acquiredimmune deficiency.

Auto immune deficiency also known as Primary immunodeficiency (PI) and the diseases differ in many ways. Some types of PI are characterized by low levels of antibodies. Others involve defects in T cells, B cells, granulocytes or the complement system. Because of these differences, individuals with different types of PI are susceptible to different types of diseases.

Autoimmune is when your body attacks itself. It sees a part of your body or a process as a disease and tries to combat it. Immune deficiency is when you do not have the ability to defend against outside diseases.

To my knowledge (and I've done exstensive research on the subject of Autoimmune Diseases) there is no such thing.

You can have an Autoimmune Disease which is a disease in which the body attacks itself. (Auto-means self immune-refers to the immune system)

You can also have an Immune Deficiency where the immune system isn't doing its job and lets oppurtunistic or otherwise bacteria, viruses, fungus, and the like to attack the body without being stopped.

They are on opposite sides of the scale, with a normal working yet not overactive immune system in the middle.

Can hypothyroidism cause SlE?

No lupus is a separate autoimmune disorder. When a patient has an autoimmune disease, the immune system cannot tell the difference between harmful substances and healthy ones. The result is an overactive immune response that attacks otherwise healthy cells and tissue. This leads to chronic inflammation. Patients who have one autoimmune disorder may also have others, like Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.

What is the difference in auto immune deficiency syndrome and acquired immune deficiency syndrome?

Auto immune deficiency syndrome is a disorder of the immune system where the system attacks its own cells or tissues making the body susceptible to diseases. Acquired immune deficiency syndrome or more popular as AIDS, on the other hand, is a compromised immune system due to the presence of human immunodeficiency virus infection or HIV. The former is non-communicable, while AIDS is transmittable.
