It depends on how you wish to translate it.
If you are referring to "paneer" as specifically Indian cheese, made in the tandoor as is typical in Indian cuisine, then an Arab would just use the word "paneer" (پانير).
If you are referring to "paneer" as merely the Hindi word for "cheese" and not being specific as to what kind of cheese, then an Arab would use the word "jeben" (جبن).
