T2 is a type of MRI imaging technique in which TE and TR (Echo time and Repetition time) are longer and the image's contrast and brightness is determined specifically by T2 signals. A "hyperintense lesion" would appear as a bright white spot on a T2-weighted MRI, and its location is in the left centrum semiovale. The centrum semiovale is a large region of "white matter". It is composed of the fibers carrying information to and from the surface of the brain (cortex) to the deeper structures of the brain and to the spinal cord.

It means that there is a small amount of removal of the mylen sheath of the nerves in the white matter under the gray matter (which is the cortex of the brain). This part of the brain appears to be in semi-ovals and so the name.

cause it supplies blood to more parts of the heart, the higher up the branch the lesion is the more branches downstream that get cut off if it occludes.

If there is normal vision in both eye for the right half visual field but there is absence of vision in both eyes for left half of the visual field, then the lesion is in the left eye. Since the vision for right eye is clear, the lesion is in the left.

A hypoechoic lesion is an abnormal area that can be seen during an ultrasound examination because it is darker than the surrounding tissue. These are dark tissues or structures that reflect relatively few of the ultrasound waves directed at them. Such abnormalities can develop anywhere in the body and do not necessarily indicate cancer. Blood tests, biopsies, and further radiological studies may be required to determine the composition of a hypoechoic lesion, sometimes referred to simply as a lesion.
Skin lesions become health problems when they change in color, become swollen or infected, or if they appear in a place on the body that you know that didn't have a lesion before. This is a common sign of melanoma, a common form of skin cancer that if left untreated can lead to death.
