I am 52 and have undergone menopause, without any touching, when I get aroused there is blood in my natural vaginal lubrication. When your bartholin's glands (located slightly posterior and to the left and right of the opening of the vagina) are not well aroused, they could fail to produce the mucus which is intended to make your vagina wet which could cause friction that can lead to the bleeding. Or as above, some women's vaginal lubrication tends to be bloody at times although if it has never happened before its better to get checked by your specialist.

Can you use Fluocinonide cream on your vaginal area?
Yes! You absolutely, 100% can. The reason I know is because my Doctor just prescribed it to me today for vaginal itching. He thinks I have secondary effects from an antibiotic I was on (yeast like symptoms without the discharge). I have been itching and hurting and burning like crazy for 4 days. He just gave me a diflucon (sp.) tablet and the fluicinonide cream for the itching. He told me to soak in the tub for about 15 minutes, pat dry and then put a small amount of the cream on, twice per day. So, the answer to this question is Yes. You can. Just obviously don't over use it.

I believe it is normal to bleed for a few days after having intercourse for the first time, although if it bleeds for more than just a few days, I would go see a gynecologist, also this probably means that your first time was a little too rough. Try to take it easy your next few times, and use protection with enough lubrication as intercourse without enough lubrication can cause irritation and bleeding (yes, the vagina is a self-lubricating organ but when you put extra friction like a condom, you still probably want more lubrication).
