∙ 7y agoLooking at the blogs, it sounds like Kenmore/Whirlpool top loading machines made before 2010 are a good buy. The best purchase may be from someone who ended up with two washers when they moved. Used washers can have something wrong with them, but if you pay $50 or less, the machine may be good for awhile. An appliance reseller will charge more, but the machine should be refurbished and have a short guarantee. It all depends what shape it is in. If it is in bad shape. 200 it its in okay shape, 350 and if it is in g wood-great shape. go for 500-600 i sold mine for 492$ good luck finding or selling a kenmore!!! :)
