The best plan for combating racism is for people to confront the issues with realistic proposals and solutions. Racism continues to exist as a competitive part of many societies. Many people who are leaders in various communities continue to promote racism, so that they can divide and control gullible supporters. Power is the device that gives one group of people superiority over other groups. The various aspects of power are knowledge, artillery, technology and finance. There are people who use their power/authority as weapons of manipulation, terrorizing weak/inferior individuals into submissiveness and annihilating anyone who tries to resist. This power/authority could come from numerous sources e.g. a Badge, Religion, Race, Age, Gender, Class, Group, Business, Occupation, Politics and Cartels etc. The best plan or solution for racism is that Governments must put strong Laws in place to guarantee Equal Opportunity and overall equity as a fundamental part of their constitution and democracy. Civil rights groups must put aside their various differences and collectively advocate for the creation of the relevant laws along with the appropriate administrative agencies to stamp out all forms of bigotry.
