If it is new, any new lump anywhere on your body should be discussed with your doctor.
If it is painful or soft, it could be anything from a tumor to an ingrown hair. If you have been in a car accident and had glass cuts on your head, it is possible to have pieces of glass work it's way back to the surface of the skin even years later.
If it is hard, does not move then you press on it, and feels like part of the skull, it probably is part of the skull. The human skull is made up of several different bones which are rarely perfectly smooth. Where those bones grew together in your childhood can cause irregularities on the surface of the skull, some of which can be felt through the skin.
AnswerI have had a lump above my ear for a week. At 1st it was not painful and flesh colour, after a few days it became a little painful and reddish. I went to my GP today and found that it is an impetigo, a benign infection of the skin that is not harmful but can't usually clear on its own and can spread to other parts of the body or to others. The GP has prescribed me an antibiotic cream and he reckons the lump will be gone in 3 days. In any case , get lumps checked out as you can't really get a diagnosis unless an expert looks at it
Hope this helped a bit.
ANSWER: Sometimes, it can mean you have swollen lymph nodes. I do. Don't panic, just talk to your physician.
I would like to know about this too actually, ive recently developed a sore swolen lump on the same side (right) under my jaw on my neck that's very tender and its made the moving lump above my jaw line really tender. Ive had the lump above my jaw for years and its never bothered me before.
It could be as result of anÊenlarge lymph node. Lymph nodes run down both size of neck and can also be found under the chin,Êthey function as scavenger cleaning up bacteria, pus cells and other debris. ÊAn enlarged lymph is a sign ofÊinfection.Ê
i get a small lump under my ear when i have an infection, lymph nodes (sp) get inflamed.
A lump that is painless on the right side of the head above the ear could be a cyst. It could also be more serious, such as melanoma.
got a hard lump at the side of my right ear, what could this be.
It might be a simple Swollen glands which commonly develop when the body fights infections.
yes
From The Creed of The NCO. Choosing the hard right over the easy wrong.
A hard lump situated on the jawbone mid way between chin and ear could be a swollen gland. It could also be the result of damage to the bone or it could be a cyst or tumor.
Some would argue that there is no right and wrong.Shakespeare argues, "There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so."I would say I am in the wrong all the time. If I were not, it would be quite hard to learn from my mistakes. However, don't get drawn into the trap of 'you are wrong, thus I am right.' Most often in arguments, both people are partially right and partially wrong. It is good for all parties to realize and admit where they are wrong so that corrective steps can be taken to move into the right. It takes brave or smart people to overcome pride or fear and try to correct their wrongs.
Because you always want to be right (Like Me)
A moral dilemma is something that is hard to choose right or wrong from. For example, if your friend is stealing, you would tell because it is the right thing to do but you wouldn't want to get them in trouble.
The power of the mind is so great that its hard to defeat that. Sometimes what we believe isn't what's always right, so i say stand up for what is right. I think you can never go wrong with that.
It means nothing is wrong with you ;)
Answer Why does there have to be something wrong with you just because you are having a hard time meeting the right guy? Be patient in life and what is meant to come your way, will.
You may need a wheel bearing or a tire rod end.
Prove her wrong with cold hard facts.
---- I am having trouble steering to the right on right turns, It is really hard to turn to the right. Do you have any idea as to what this could be?
You can, but it's exceedingly difficult if you make the wrong choice; it's hard enough of you pick right.
