  • Yes, I thought I would try it for a month to see if it was for me. I was getting asked why I would by everyone, but one person. They didn't try to sway me, but they did provide me with some good information. After trying it, it is much different than I thought it would be. There is actually a lot more variety than I initially thought there would be.

    I started doing it for health reasons. After I started reading more about it, I found out more information about what impact I was making outside of myself. It made me feel good to know I could make a small choice at home that had an impact.

    I also started noticing I felt less sluggish during the day, my acne cleared up, I started having fewer headaches, and my stomach wasn't so cruddy all the time. I don't know if it would help everyone like that, but I am happy with what it did for me.

    It is also really cool to experiment in the kitchen. There is a whole new world of foods that I had never heard of before. I would wholeheartedly say to give it a try. If it isn't for you, then at least you will know you gave it a shot.
