Digital camera is better.
Canon EOS 5D Mark II
If you're looking for an excellent, full-frame DSLR, the 5D Mk2 is very, very good. It's at least 1 full F-stop more sensitive to light than my Canon 1DS Mk2. A setting of ASA 800 or 1000 yields about the same noise level as my older camera at ASA 400. It's autofocus system is very fast and accurate on single shot mode.
-Much better image quality than 1Ds Mkii and iii.
Digital cameras is better.
Canon G12
The lcd is fantastic, allows to take pictures or movie shoots in practical any position and situation, nice also when you are taking videos or do not want to be noticed when you are shooting, getting more spontaneous photos.
Operation speed is very very good.
1 - If you make a 'mistake' during shooting - you can simply erase the shot and re-take it. 2 - You don't need to send anything away to be developed. The pictures you take are instantly produced, and can be downloaded to a computer for printing or editing.
I prefer film cameras to digital cameras. The pictures look better.
This camcorder takes cassettes and so no memory cards fit it.
For any digital camera a Li ion battery is better than Nimh because it holds more charge and does not lose its charge nearly as fast when the camera is not in use.
"Digital camera" is two words. "Camera" is a noun and "digital" is an adjective describing the camera. Neither word is a verb.
30-50 depending on how good the camera is
I would recommend Digital Camcorder Cameras only if you are serious about taking pictures. If you are new to picture taking, purchasing something like this may be too advanced and purchasing a regular digital camera might be the better option.
A digital camera is better, because on 99.99% of digital cameras also have excellent cam-corders whereas a cam-corder is usually just a cam-corder and is only occasionly a camera aswell! Plus when a cam-corder is a camera too, it is not a very good camera. So I would definitely get a digital camera (as an added bonus, cameras come in pretty much whatever color you like!)
He invented the camcorder, also called the "digital camera."
the best ever camcorder
A digital video camera is definitely your best bet for posting videos to the web. Since it is completely digital it is much easier to transfer data.
an ipod is better than a digital camera
This depends on what your most concerned with. If it's picture and sound quality, then you'd be better off with a digital camcorder. If it's affordability of the unit and accessories (tapes, batteries, etc.) then this Hi8 camcorder might be the better pick for you.
Sony
Optical and digital. With optical zoom, the camera uses lenses to magnify objects. In digital zoom, the camera's built-in software creates a magnified image.
A digital DVD camcorder is needed to record directly to a DVD. The following site will give you reviews and things to look for when purchasing a camcorder: http://www.consumersearch.com/digital-camcorders
The difference would be about the same as the jump from VHS to DVD (if it's a miniDV camcorder) or from VHS to bluray (if it's a 720p or better digital camcorder.)
