2 Kings and 3 Aces is know as Full House. Any combination of a pair and 3 of a kind is know as a full house.
Example: 2 Sixs and 3 Sevens
2 Jacks and 3 Queens
A pair of Kings, aka Cowboys
(4 nCr 3)x(4 nCr 2)=4x6=24
Approximately 2%
No. Three of a kind beats two pair in poker hands.
It is a way to use step responses to indicate the number of aces/kings in responders hand. Aces = 2 controls, kings = 1 control. Typically 2D = 0-1 controls, 2H = 2 controls, 2S = 3 controls, specifically an ace and king, 2NT = 3 controls, specifically 3 kings, 3C = 4 controls, 3D = 5 controls, etc.
The probability of getting 3 aces in the order AAABB is; P(AAABB) = (4/52)∙(3/51)∙(2/50)∙(48/49)∙(47/48) = 0.0001736... There are 5C3 = 5!/(3!∙(5-3)!) = 10 different ways in which the aces can come out. So the probability of getting exactly three aces in a five card poker hand dealt from a 52 card deck is, P(3A) ~ 10∙(0.0001736) ~ 0.001736 ~ 0.1736%
3 of a kind Aces can not beat a full house. In this particular case it is most likely that there was a pair and an ace already on the board, making the 3 aces and the pair on the board a higher full house then the other full house.
Trio
Yes always. e.g. three sevens (777) beats a pair of kings and a pair of aces (KKAA)
3Q and 2 nines aka Queens full of Nines. Basically a full house is: 3 Cards + 2 cards. The full house rank is based upon the 3 cards; the higher the better. Lets give an example: AAA99 = Aces full of 9s 999AA = Nines full of Aces The aces full is better, and another example (If both players have Sixes full of X; then the X comes in to play; kind of like a kicker comes into play with pairs) 666QQ = Sixes full of Queens. 666KK = Sixes full of Kings. The 666KK hand would be better.
