Computer abuse includes cyberbullying, hacking, and pirating stuff. Computer abuse is any deliberate action that possibly ruins the computing experience of others, and computer crimes are computer-related things that are illegal. For instance, trolling, expressing racism, spamming in a number of cases, and spreading hatred (short of advocating bodily harm) are often not illegal, depending on the jurisdiction, but most commercial web services consider them abuse. So all computer crime is computer abuse, but not all computer abuse is criminal in nature.
A computer crime is considered to be anything that is unlawful that is done using a computer. Some examples include making counterfeit money, stealing credit card numbers online, cyber bullying, webcam hacking, and stealing financial and personal information online.
