It is not in the child's control turn him or her on their side and do your best to keep them from hurting themselves. talk to the pediatrician and explain what is going on there are medications that help to reduce the frequency of these seizures. and what ever you do do not stick your hand or any thing else in their mouth it can result in an involuntary bite (not aware of what they did) and or break their teeth. my nephew suffers fron these he started with petite maul and then grand maul seizures so i have a basic understanding of this.
