What is meant by Kedar Joshi's 'UQV Theory'?

Kedar Joshi is just some young thinker and philosopher from India who seems to be desperately pushing himself on the internet as some 'famous & renowned philosopher' but is actually hardly even known to the people, and does NOT (as his, seemingly Propaganda, about his status will suggest) has an English Wikipedia page in his 'famous' name yet, but will now perhaps lose sleep until he gets one. My favorite quote of his is: "An atheist is as religious as a theist" (looks like he created a new definition of an atheist there) and my favorite idea of his: The West needs to militarily invade India (when the world knows India is not same as a Iran, Pakistan or North Korea).

This is what Wikipedia mods/ admins have to say about his past desperate efforts to get a wiki page in his name: "Highly promotional...........Non-notable pseudophilosopher with fringe views and crazy theories not found in the sane world.
