What is preventive measure?
To prevent global warming, some measures that must be taken are to reduce carbon dioxide emissions produced through the burning of fossil fuel and human activity. Things t…hat people can do to reduce these emissions are to use less energy, drive less, and plant more trees.
Some of the Preventive Measures are : Avoiding alcohol before driving prevents road traffic accidents. The use of remediation therapy for drink driving offenders will reduce t…he number that reoffend. A far more extensive use of random breath testing, accompanied by a high level of publicity will lead to a reduction in injuries. To be most effective breath testing should be intensive and applied to everybody at a checkpoint and not depend on "due cause". Strategies that increase the use of seat belts or child restraints will result in fewer injuries. Stricter enforcement of speed limits will result in fewer injuries. The overall contribution of speed to accidents is not known but is widely quoted to be one third of all fatalities. Roadside guardrails (crash barriers) and crash cushions will reduce injury severity. Safer design of roads and roadside environments will result in fewer injuries.

There are so many preventive measures of water pollution. This includes avoiding spillages, keeping the environment clean and not disposing pollutants into water bodies am…ong others.
Some towns and cities actually have laws and limists as to the noise pollution that its citizens can make. If you individually wanted to reduce noise pollution you could try s…ome eay things like... *Rake leaves by hand, don't use a noisy leaf blower. *Trim bushes or shrubs by hand, don't use a noisy bush trimmer. *Sound proof rooms that might have music conducted in them, like a room with a piano or if someone in the hosue plays drums or guitar or whatever. This can be done simply with curtains, window inserts, carpeting, and closing windows and doors. *Don't blast music on the radio or computer or speakers. Be considerate of your own ears and those of other around you. *Don't slam doors / car doors, close them eaily and with only as much force as needed. (People don't usually think of this, but imagine - how loud is it when you slam your car door? Pretty tolerable. But imagine thousands of people doing so. Now that can start to get loud. *Turn off the TV or radio when you aren't actually fully listening to it. *Train your dog not to bark so much. *Don't yell. Have civil conversations. Call someone or go find them instead of yelling across the street for them, for example. *Plant trees and bushes around you house. They help keep the air clean, absorb sound, give privacy, and add nice design and looks to a house. *Do noisy things (dishes, hammering, ect.) over or on a rubber mat to reduce noise. *Put carpets, rugs, mats, throw rugs, ect. in your house / mats outside. *Put fabric window coverings instead of plastic or wooden shades / blinds. *Don't rev up a motorcycle or car unless it is actually needed for the drive. *Don't beep your carn horn "just because", make sure it is a legitamate reason.
Tuberculosis prevention and control efforts primarily rely on the vaccination of infants and the detection and appropriate treatment of active cases. The World Health Organ…ization has achieved some success with improved treatment regimens, and a small decrease in case numbers
1. Vaccination is the key for the prevention of this disease. Therefore, a strict vaccination schedule must be followed. Tetanus usually occurs among those persons who are ei…ther not vaccinated at all, or to whom proper dosages have not been given. Therefore, all children should be immunized and this immunization should be maintained throughout life by administering booster dosages of tetanus vaccine at regular intervals. Also, all pregnant mothers should get a cover of vaccination. If the mother is already vaccinated, booster dosages must be administered. In addition to the above, in all cases of injury or wounds, vaccination must be done as a preventive measure, even if the injury is small. Besides injuries, tetanus vaccination is also indicated in the case of ear discharge (otitis media), as these cases are likely to get tetanus through perforations in their ear-drums. Tetanus vaccination is essential as a preventive measure before minor/major operations. At the same time, a precise regimen of sterilization must be practiced so as to avoid the incidence of tetanus in operated cases, as is noticed occasionally. Since an attack of tetanus does not give immunity to the patient against tetanus, therefore, those cases of tetanus that recover from the disease need to be administered tetanus vaccine for future prevention. 2. The second most important step in the prevention of tetanus is immediate care of the wound. Roadside injuries should be given very careful attention as accidental wounds are almost always contaminated with tetanus spores and are likely to cause tetanus. Apart from a thorough cleaning of the wound, all foreign bodies; debris, etc. must be carefully removed, and if need be, even the whole wound may be surgically excised under anesthesia so that the wound becomes thoroughly sterile. This is especially required when the wound is mutilated one. If this little step, though of very high importance, regarding treatment of the wound is kept in mind, it will serve as a very helpful measure in the prevention of tetanus. 3. Hygienic conditions must be maintained both at home and outside. One should not walk barefoot even in one's house. All types of injury have to be avoided as far as possible, especially in the case of children. 4. Early warning signals of tetanus must always be kept in mind, especially 'lockjaw', so that even if tetanus occurs, early urgent preventive/therapeutic steps can be taken, so that the disease is prevented from proceeding to an advanced stage, and the life of the patient is saved. It may be concluded that it is only by following the above preventive measures religiously that one can succeed in overcoming this deadly disease in all respects. And for that a prophylactic strategy is the urgent need at the national level.
we should stay away from wall hangings and other things which are heavy and hung with a hook or a screw. in a frequent cyclone struck area we can built houses of mud and dry g…rass. we should keep in touch with the local radio, telephone, television and other communicative processes. we can take all over important belongings with us to an open ground (such as documents, cell phones, jewellery, etc...). after the cyclone is over and if we are safe then we can help the people who are in trouble. we should also follow the processes that the helping committee says.

i think the single most important thing to help stop child labor is first and foremost: 1.)the government should make it illegal and punish the parents who send children to …work and employers should be punished too. 2.)the government should alleviate poverty. when people or parents are not that poor they won't let their children work just to make ends meet. 3.)the government should make education more accessible or if possible free to the poorest of the poor. when people are educated they will value it.
