Also, if you haven't been on your Neopets account for a while, it will ask you for your D.O.B, if you signed up with the incorrect D.O.B to begin with, you may have forgotten, causing you to not be able to sign in. Finally, when you get your username, password or D.O.B wrong, Neopets will not tell you which of these you have entered incorrectly. Send your e-mail to Neopets, and you will get a responding e-mail, containing your Username, as you may have your Username wrong, too. You may have been scammed or your password stolen! Fill in the form and ask TNT to investigate if you know your details are all correct.

Well, there technically isn't a true way to hack on Neopets. Neopets itself has never been hacked... You either told someone your password, who told them. Or they guessed it. Both (sorry to say this but it is true) are your fault...You could try contacting the Neopets team. It would be able to help, majorly.If you don't get any help from TNT within a few days (I'd say a week, maximum), try the "I Lost My Password" option. There's just that slight chance that they forgot to or didn't change the e-mail attached to your account and you can retrieve your password that way.
