There are several books in the Catholic canon which are considered apocryphal by protestants. These are:

Tobit is a story of Tobias and Sarah who overcome a curse with God's help;
Judith concerns the story of Judith and the assassination of Holofernes;
Wisdom is preaching attributed to Solomon
Sirach is a collection of teachings attributed to Joshua ben Sira
Baruch is a book of prophecy of Jerimiah
1 and 2 Maccabees are a history of the Jewish conquest by Alexander.

There are also several chapters of the books of Esther and Daniel which are apocryphal.

The Apocrypha is also known as the "lost books of The Bible" they were books that according to King James did not have authenticity and could not be proven as the inspired word of God; therefore they were not allowed to be placed in the 1611 King James Version Bible.
