"Hyper", in this sense, is almost slang. It is shorthand for "hyperactive". I'm not certain there is a direct translation as I expect that this is a relatively new word in English. There are a number of older English words that can mean rather the same thing: frantic, or manic, for instances.

Using "manic", you could say: "Tá mé bhuile".
