'The Silence Group' is a name used to describe an ultra secret shadow government that came to prominence in the 1950's through Major Donald E Keyhoe, a well respected UFO researcher and George King, the founder/president of The Aetherius Society, regarded by some as a 'UFO Religion'.
It is believed that these mysterious individuals are responsible for the secrecy behind the UFO phenomena, which became extremely prevalent in the 1950's, 60's and early 70's. Through their orders many media outlets were forbidden from reporting mass UFO sightings, but were free to report cases that could be easily dismissed or debunked.
The Silence Group operates behind and through numerous organisations.....who they are.....no one knows, or if they do, they speaketh not!
