I would defo recommend Sure Girl Dance Energy because it protects you 24/7 and it smell refreshing! I go to dance class and I never leave the house without it in my gym bag!I think you should let your arms go through the days naturally, let it sweat ! Sweat doesn't mean you will have odours, just choose a deodorant that doesn't stain.
