Corel draw x4 is a great computer program used for creating and editing photographic images. It is often compared to Photoshop, as it is very helpful for people looking for a great photo editing program.
Designer X4 has better dimensioning and Callout tools than CDX4, and it also handles CAD imports better as well. CorelDRAW X4 and Corel DESIGNER X4 are fully compatible regarding file formats. Corel DESIGNER and CorelDRAW share a common codebase, that's why there is no issue at all with file exchange between CDR and DES file formats. Corel DESIGNER Technical Suite X4 is named "X4" to show the shared CorelDRAW engine with CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X4. In Corel DESIGNER you can do a few more things that are not supported with CorelDRAW (e.g. hatch fills, halos on curves). These objects are converted to something that CorelDRAW can read when you save as CDR in Corel DESIGNER X4. Corel DESIGNER X4 can read (and write) CorelDRAW CDR files in any version that CorelDRAW X4 does

Almost defiantly not. For one thing, CorelDRAW 11 is a 32 bit application, and for another it is from 2002 -- years before Vista was released. You can ask Corel support to be sure, or you can buy the newest version which will probably work, or you can stick with XP and be safe. You can also look into Inkscape, which is very similar to CorelDRAW except it is free so there is no risk: http://www.inkscape.org/download/?lang=en
There are none immediately available at this time. The best bet is to learn it by ear. Otherwise a tutorial or cover video might be the best help. The rhythm keys in the intro are (center) C G#(x4) D# C(x4) G D(x4) G A#(x4).
Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 is a great program. Or you can go to your local Staples or Office Max and buy Corel Photo & Video X4 Ultimate Bundle. They run from about 60 to over 100s of dollars. It depends the level you're on. If you are an amateur it is best to stick with free online programs.
