The only way to fully cure anxiety is by a type of therapy called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - its where you retrain your mind to stop thinking in unhealthy patterns and to think instead in healthier patterns. There are medications out there that reduce anxiety, but CBT is the only known cure. Call around in your area to find a therapist who works with CBT!
