The boiling point of water in Wisconsin ranges from 210 to 211 degrees Fahrenheit. For every 500 or so feet above sea level, the boiling point drops a degree.

Like every where else on the planet water boils at 1000C at a pressure of 1 atmosphere. Dorothy when she left Kansas may have noticed a difference in the land of Oz but this is not recorded.
