You used medical services and you intended to not pay the people who rendered those services? Do you believe they will simply ignore your non-payment?
Answer: While you are not obligated to pay out of the settlement (Side note: looks like they should have sent that portion in for you to pay the people what they are due because you are to sorry to do so) You will still be obligated to pay them for providing you with medical service. They will either sue you, garnish your wages, or your bank account.
