It was the only Beatles album to be done fully on eight-track. (Most of their previous albums were done on four-track, and their first two on two-track. Parts of the White Album were done on eight, but they had to break into Abbey Road's storage room to get to it.) It was also their only album to feature a synthesizer (which belonged to George Harrison). Abbey Road was a deliberate attempt to "make an album like we did in the old days", without the experimentation (and the squabbling) they'd done later on. Once it was finished, Lennon said goodbye, and McCartney followed a few months later.
Other than the fact that it was recorded at Abbey Road studios (?), it has nothing in common with the Beatles "Abbey Road" album.
Definitely The Smashing Pumpkins. Deftones have sold approximately 15 million albums over the world, where The Smashing Pumpkins have sold 18.75 million albums in the US alone. Counting the other continents I'd say they have sold somewhere between 40-70 million albums worldwide.
A Hard Day's Night. All other albums from their "Beatlemania period" featured songs mostly by Lennon and McCartney, but also Harrison, and other songwriters as well. Albums from Revolver forward featured songs written by the Beatles only, but always a song or two from Harrison. The White Album and Abbey Road even featured songs by Richard Starkey (aka Ringo Starr).
It is quite difficult to answer this question since Queen have been one of the most successful bands in rock history and this means they sold a huge number of records in different moments and places. It was stated in the mid 90s that they sold 130 million albums, while on the web site www.queenzone.com it was reported 200 million records. Perhaps, the queenzone number is comprehensive of the singles, while the other one just takes in consideration the fifteen studio albums, the live albums and the greatest hits albums. Looked up "Top Ten Best Selling Music Artists" and it has Queen ranked number #8 with 300 millon albums sold - between 15 albums, 5 live albums and numerous compilation albums.
BB King has prouce many albums an some have inclued guests (other people). None of his albums were done with a host in every song but their are some songs that will have to be reaserched by you.
