Bullying and racism are not one in the same. It has nothing to do specifically with a person's race. Bullying can be practiced by anyone of any race against any other person. Their race may or may not have anything to do with it. Bullying is strictly an imbalance of power between two different people that is used to try to enforce their will over another person with no regard for either ones race.
