The easiest way to remove a wall plug is to just pull it out.
If that is not easy for you, use lubrication. It can reduce friction and allow you to pull the wall plug out more easily. But don't use water unless you are an electric fan.
If that still doesn't work, get a really strong friend to pull it out for you. Please remember to say thank you.
If that STILL doesn't work, buy a really powerful machine built for pulling stuff out. I'm not sure if there is such a thing, but if there is, it's definitely gonna cost you a few hundred bucks.
If it STILL doesn't work, there's only one solution left : PULL LIKE MAD!!!! Don't rip out the wall, though.
If it still doesn't work...cut the wire. OR you can call your local handyman.
It's actually best if you avoid pushing the wall plug into the PowerPoint hardly at first. Just do that. It's good for you.

Easiest way is to remove the spark plug from the motor, plug it into the spark plug wire and lay the metal part against the frame and hit the starter button or use the kicker to kick it over a couple of times. You should see a Blue spark, and it is easiest with two people, one with the kicker/starter and one watching for the spark. P.S. don't touch the plug, you can get a shock!
lift truck remove tires, remove splash guard. that's the easiest way to get them, #3 plug put just the socket on the plug and use a 3/4 wrench to remove it then reverse .
Remove the wheel, tape up or remove the innerfender-well flap, use a 5/8 spark plug socket, slide it up onto the plug and use a 3/4 wrench on the end of the socket ( I used a ratcheting wrench, they fit in the space nicely). Remove the plug, lube the rubber inside the plug socket for easy removal. The easiest way to install the plug is to put a piece of tubing on the end, lube the threads of the plug and use the tube to spin the plug in. Then use the socket and wrench to tighten. It took me 2 hours today to change mine and this is how I was able to get it done.
The spark plugs on a Fiat Punto are changed by removing the spark plug wire cover and pulling firmly on the plug wires. A deep wall socket can then be used to remove and replace each spark plug.
If it has a plug, insert the plug into a wall socket. Some have AC adapters - make sure the adapter is connected to the tree, then plug the adapter into the wall socket...
