Flexibility is important because it allows individuals to adapt to changing circumstances, handle unexpected situations, and bounce back from setbacks more easily. It also promotes creativity, innovation, and open-mindedness in problem-solving. Additionally, being flexible can help improve relationships and collaboration with others by being willing to compromise and see different perspectives.
