The higher-grade beef steaks, such as sirloin, strip.
But going beyond beef/cow meat, Elk and Venison (deer) are the leanest red meats on earth. AND, since these aren't "farmed" meats, they are substantially healthier to consume: the Elk and Deer eat grasses and other plants/flowers, which means they contain higher amounts of Omega-3 fatty acids (the good kind of fats that reduce heart problems). Most beef/cows are farmed and are fed meals with corn. Corn contains Omega-6 fats (the bad-for-your-heart/cholesterol fats) and when consumed in high amounts can cause health problems. Your best bet is to find a local farmer or meat company that supplies wild-caught game to get the leanest, healthiest red meat possible.
Elk Meat is the lowest in fat and the highest in protein.

Lobster as a food type is regarded as a protein, as opposed to a carbohydrate or a fat, although the meat contains some of each to a degree; a restaurant would categorize it as "seafood" and present it on a menu alongside fish, shellfish, shrimp, etc.
