You're never going to get a set of "exact" coordinates. The best you can get is
numbers that are accurate to within some specified linear distance, or to within
some specified number of decimal places.
From the satellite imagery available to me, I read the coordinates at the center of
the "Masgid Kippat HaSelah" as
31.77801° north latitude
35.23539° east longitude.
Note that I've located the center of the dome. Any point on its circumference has
somewhat different coordinates.
Since I've rounded to the fifth decimal place of each number, the true location can
be anywhere within about 4 feet of the point defined by these coordinates. If you
need numbers that are more accurate than that, you'd have to either hire your own
land surveyor, or else contact the Palestinian Authority.
Mount of Olives coordinates are 31°47′00″N 35°15′03″E
In decimal coordinates to four places, the location of the Dome of the Rock is: N 31.778º E 35.2354º
-- The center of the State Capitol dome on NE 23rd St is located at 35.4922° north latitude 97.5032° west longitude. -- My first two children were born in the hospital located at 35.5295° north latitude 97.5766° west longitude, and came home to 35.5185° north latitude 97.5245° west longitude.
The Atlanta Falcons play in the Georgia Dome, at latitude 33 degrees, 45 minutes north, longitude 84 degrees, 24 minutes west.
The approximate latitude and longitude of the Arizona State Capitol ... not Phoenix, the capital city, but the center of the cute little dome on the Capitol Building ... is 33.44813° north latitude 112.98702° west longitude.
The mapped location of Mt. St. Helens, at the north end of the Dryer Glacier about 2.1 miles southwest of the East Dome, is at 46 degrees 11 minutes north latitude 122 degrees 11 minutes west longitude

I'm going to play with you here; hope you don't mind: Every point on Earth has a different set of latitude and longitude coordinates, and the Holy See is a big place, with a great number of different points in it. The center of the dome of St. Peter's Basilica is located at 41.902172° north latitude 12.453401° east longitude, whereas the point of the obelisk in the center of the Plaza is located at 41.902224° north latitude 12.457256° east longitude. The numbers will be slightly different at other spots around town.

There is no country or state called 'Austin', but here's something that might help: The center of the dome on the Texas State Capitol at Austin is located at 30.2747° north latitude 97.7403° west longitude.
Every point on Earth has a different set of latitude/longitude, and Sacramento is a big place, with a lot of points in it. The center of the dome on the California State Capitol is located at 38.57663° north latitude 121.49370° west longitude. The numbers are somewhat different at other spots around town.
The peak of the spire on the dome of St. Peter's Basilica is located at 41.9022° north latitude 12.4534° east longitude. Other locations within the Holy See have somewhat different coordinates.
On my map, the summit of Mt. St. Helens is indicated at the north end of the Dryer Glacier and about 2.1 miles southwest of the East Dome, at 46° 11" (46.1911°) north latitude 122° 11" (122.1944°) west longitude.

The center of the [rather flat] 'dome' of the state capitol in Santa Fe NM is located at 35.6822° north latitude 105.9397° west longitude. Other spots around town, and around the capitol grounds, have different coordinates.
The point on the tip of the dome of the New Jersey State House in Trenton is located at 2,413 minutes 13.87 seconds north latitude 4,486 minutes 11.81 seconds west longitude. If I could use degrees too, the numbers would be easier to handle: 40° 13' 13.87" north latitude 74° 46' 11.81" west longitude. Note: These are the latitude/longitude coordinates of the State House dome only. Other spots around town have somewhat different numbers. In fact, so do other spots around the State House building.
