What were services in the Roman church called?

Holy Mass. . That depends on what you mean by "services". If you are referring to what protestants would call a worship service, then the Holy Eucharist or Mass would be analogous to that (from a protestant point of view). In the Catholic Church (it is only known as "the Roman Church" in early protestant England) services refer to the prayer services held throughout the day by clergy and in monastery. These are named Matins, Lauds, Prime, Terce, Sext, None, Vespers, and Compline. The new Breviary, since the second Vatican Council has renamed them: Office of Readings (Matins), Morning Prayer (Lauds), Prime has been suppressed, Mid-morning prayer, Mid-day prayer, Mid-afternoon Prayer, Evening Prayer (Vespers) and Night Prayer (Compline).

There is only one Catholic Church. There are no divisions. There are some non-Catholic denominations who call themselves Catholic but who are not Catholic, they are Protestant. If the church is not united under the pope in Rome, it is not a Catholic Church.

Is there any church in California for Christian Catholics?

I presume you are talking about the 'Roman Catholic Church' made up of congregations entirely in union with the pope. There are thousands of Catholic parishes in California. There are a number of churches that call themselves Catholic but that are not - The American Catholic Church, The American Charismatic Catholic Church, for example, which do not recognize the pope as the leader of the Church.

Are there any churches that are both Roman Catholic and Episcopal?

No, the Catholic Church is the Christian Church, the original Christian Church. The Episcopal Church is a Protestant Church and not Catholic. To be Catholic a Church must accept the pope as the leader of the Church as well as other Catholic doctrines. The Episcopal Church does not.
