Man is a social animal. His basic needs are food, shelter, clothing and ofcourse enducation. Man has to depend directly or indirectly on others to fulfil his needs. This dependency may formal or informal i.e. he cannot live in isolation. This dependency leads to what is known as human relations in the form of interaction with others to satisfy his wants and others wants and to achieve any objective.
