I think there is not much major difference between IT and Computers.
IT includes Networking, Database, web and programming languages etc.
where as in CS mainly concentrate on Programming languages and Architecture and design also on networking and other subjects but not in depth.
It's a lot like the relationship between a pencil and writing. Computing is the verb, and the computer is the object that is acted upon by the verb. In the ideal world, it is only possible to compute with a computer; if computer is defined as a machine that crunches numbers (i.e.; you wouldn't compute with a shovel, nor would you speak with a bicycle). That's the most through answer your going to get for a question so vague.
boolean algebra is used in computer programmings, matrix is used
Computers used to be just simple programs like accounting but since the internet has come it is computers and communications as 1 computer can talk to another
nothing...
maintain good relation between sender and reciever
-a system where by data are exchanged between two parties.

relationship that exists between the two disciplines is the effective collection and dissemination of information whereby communication skills is of the essence.

The reproductive and endocrine systems both regulate the functions of the body. They rely on communication between cells to send and receive messages.
The engine computer has lost communication with the gateway computer. The gateway computer is the "operator" that controls all communication between the computers on the vehicle.
Physics made computer science possible
There many different communication devices out there. There is the phone, a computer, walkie talkies, and even a tablet. A communication device allows communication between people.
Inter means between two communes and intra would be between the people in the same commune. So in your case, the relationships would be between two seperate communes, it could be a business relation, working relation or personal relation between members.
In Interpersonal communication the participants involved are in dependent relation with each other. It may include 2 or more individuals who share a selfless relationship. Impersonal communication is situation demanding, and the participants do not share any common relation; for example: asking doctor for an appointment, paying for a purchase etc.
