El Dia de los Reyes corresponds to Twelfth Night/Epiphany, i.e. 6th of January.
It means The Day of the Kings, because traditionally in Spain and Latin America, The Three Kings'/Wise Men's adoration of Jesus is celebrated on that day, sometimes with formal celebrations, but also e.g. the giving of sweets or presents to children (a la Santa Claus, but publicly rather than domestically, and on 6 January, not 24/25 December)) by three men in gorgeous robes representing the Three Kings.
El Dia de los Reyes, also known as Three Kings Day, is a Christian holiday celebrated on January 6th. It honors the biblical story of the Three Wise Men visiting the infant Jesus. In many Latin American countries, it is a day of gift-giving and festive celebrations, marking the end of the Christmas season.
El Dia de la Hispanidad is celebrated on October 12th.
"El quinto dia de la semana es el" translates to "The fifth day of the week is."
El cuarto dia de la semana es - the fourth day of the week is.
The word "día" in Spanish is masculine.
El Dia de San Patricio, or St. Patrick's Day, is celebrated on March 17th each year.

The Three Kings (Los Reyes Magos) are part of Christian culture in the US as in other Christian countries. Historically, 'el Dia de Los Reyes Magos' (3 Kings' Day), or Twelfth Night as it is known is as significant in the US, as elsewhere, as Epiphany, but not celebrated with figures representing Los Reyes Magos giving presents to children on 6th January; however, with the increase in the Hispanic population of the US, this custom is spreading.
