Shetlands are usually about 11 to 12HH. Dartmoors and Exmoors are slightly larger at about 13 to 13.3 HH.

If you do not, then the Welsh Mountain Pony (section A) has a maximum height limit of 12 hands, the closest runners up would be the Dartmoor and Exmoor at 12.2 hands each.
A Dartmoor pony originates from Dartmoor, and is now crossbred with other ponies released onto the moor. An Exmoor pony is from Exmoor, and is purebred. They are typically stouter and darker coloured that Dartmoors.
