"Driving while using a wireless telephone not configured for hands-free use." So basically it's a driving and talking on your cell and not using a wireless headset. A VERY expensive fine for something so small. The first offense is $25, but wait, they tack on administrative fees, court fees, etc and by the end of it all your fine is now $142. No joke. I just got one and there's no way around it but to pay it.
