The deltoid muscle is the big muscle on the shoulder. It has three parts; the front or anterior, middle and back or posterior. It involves the shoulder joint.
Brachialis
The deltoid is very interesting muscle. It arise from the outer and lateral border of the clavicle and outer and lateral border of the spine of the scapula. From the corresponding inner border, you have insertion of the trapezius muscle. The deltoid muscle is inserted on the deltoid tuberosity on the lateral and middle part of the humerus bone. So it looks that the trapezius muscle continue as the deltoid muscle.
The deltoid muscle forms the shoulder. It is made of three sets (heads) and also seems to have seven groups. The sets are: 1. The anterior deltoid are commonly called front delts. 2. The side ones are commonly called lateral deltoid or middle delts, outer delts, or side delts. 3. The posterior ones are commonly called rear deltoid or rear delts.

This is, if on the shoulder, probably the deltoid.
It is a triangular muscle covering the shoulder joint, it raises the arm from the side of the body
none as the joint ca[sule is an inert structure meaning no contractile tissue
The deltoid muscle is located around the shoulder at the top. There is a deltoid muscle that is located on each shoulder.
The Deltoid muscle is a large triangular shaped muscle which lies over the glenohumeral joint and which gives the shoulder its rounded countour, its probably located on the uppermost part of the arm and the top of the shoulder

Tendonitis is inflammation, irritation, and swelling of a tendon, which is the fibrous structure that joins muscle to bone. While Tendonitis can effect any tendon it is not common to find Tendonitis in the deltoid tendon. The deltoid muscle is a large triangular muscle covering the shoulder joint and serving to abduct and flex and extend and rotate the arm. Most often pain in the shoulder has to do with the Rotator Cuff muscles or arthritis in the shoulder joint.
A deltoid muscle is the muscle that forms the rounded part of the shoulder.
The deltoid muscle is muscle used to move your arm. The deltoid's insertion is at the deltoid tuberosity of humerus. The deltoid is responsible for flexion and medial rotation of the humerus.
