there are many types of healthy foods but be careful because if you eat too many Oranges it gets bad for you teeth.and the citron gets too much for the humon body and avoid eating take outs everyday.my cousin use to eat takeouts every night and nshe realised that her weight was getting really big and so she did somthing about it.she decided to only have takeouts on a Friday and healthy foods like salad for the other six days
