There are simply too many licensed occupations to try to list them and then, for every single state, try to determine which ones are open to convicted felons. If you have a specific occupation in mind you must check with your state's licensing agency for that specific occupation to determine if felons can hold that license or not.
can a convicted felon obtain a business license and surety bond in florida?
It may depend on the licensing requirements for this opccupation in your state. You will have to contact the state agency that licenses this occupation to find out.
i doubt it
yes why not
sorry but i doubt it
No as you would need to leave the country and a convicted felon is not permitted to obtain a passport. Attempting to sneak out of the country will also result in an arrest.
HIGHLY unlikely.
Yes, and many do.
in all states, it depends on what the individual was convicted of and how long ago. it is not an automatic rejection by the state dept of RE or pro licenses
I do not believe that ANY state that issues gaming licenses will issue one to a convicted felon.
