The ranks of hands are as follows (from best to worst):
1. Royal Flush
2. Straight Flush
3. 4 of a Kind (aka Quads)
4. Full House (aka Boat)
5. Flush
6. Straight
7. Three of a Kind (aka Set)
8. Two Pair
9. Pair
10. High Card (aka nothing)
Unless you are using community cards, it is impossible to have these 2 hands in the same game, as there are four 3's in the deck. You are using five 3's. The higher 3 of a kind is the winning hand. If community cards are used and both 3 of a kind are the same then the higher ranking pair wins.
Four of a kind (in this case four Aces) always beats a full house.
There are no three pairs in poker, it's only three of a kind or your two highest pairs. So the full house would win. I mean just for starters the full house already has three of a kind within it 3 6's which already beats two pair. So the full house is ONE of the strongest hands in poker.
Only five cards are used to make up a hand. you cannot have three of a kind and two pairs in the same hand. You either have a full house (three of a kind and a pair), three of a kind, or two pair. The full house beats a three of a kind and the three of a kind beats two pair. If two players have three of a kind, the highest three of a kind wins.
Four of a kind always beats a flush, unless it is a straight flush or a royal flush. Here are the rankings of poker hands, from lowest to highest.High cardOne pairTwo pairThree of a kindStraightFlushFull HouseFour of a kindStraight FlushRoyal Flush
A straight wins. The hand rankings are: Royal Flush (AKQJT of all the same suit) Straight Flush (a straight of all the same suit) 4 of a Kind (QQQQ for example) Full House (AAA44 for example) Flush (all same suit, non sequential) Straight (sequential but not same suit) 3 of a kind 2 pair 1 pair High Card
The person holding the highest value cards wins. For example, if you have three 2's and the dealer has three queens, the dealer wins. If you have the three queens and they have the three 2's, you win. In a single deck, it is not possible for two people to have three of a kind of equal value. It is possible for two people to have pairs of equal value, in which case, the value of the highest card in the hand determines the winner.
Trips or a set beats 2 pair
The three nines and two eights win, because the higher three of kind is stronger.
Player 2 wins with 2 pairs (queens and eights)
In order from best hand to worst: A royal flush (Ace-High straight of one suit) Straight Flush (A straight of one suit) Four-Of-A-Kind (Same rank) Full House (Three-of-a-kind and a pair) Flush ( Five of the same suit) Straight (Five cards in sequence. Ace can be high or low) Three-Of-A-Kind (Same rank) Two Pair (Two cards of same rank and another two of same rank) One Pair (Two cards of same rank) High Card (When none of the above is available your hand is based on your high card) In case more than one players holds the best hand, the one with the higher cards wins (for example, if both players have full house, one of them 3 Q's and 2 9'w and the other 3 9's and 2 K's - the first one wins)
The House Always Wins was created on 2002-10-20.
Both hands are full houses, which means that there is a three of a kind and a pair in each hand. When comparing these hands the three of a kind is what determines the winner, in this case three 6's beats three deuces.
Fullmetal alchemist wins.
