I had applied for the Long term resident permit regarding business wherein I submitted all the documents like legalization by paying heavy fees to the embassy in Delhi, and even I registered my company in Hungary. But my visa got refused instantly. The reason for the refusal from your embassy and the Immigration Office in Budapest is not at all convincing. It is clear that something fraud and foul play is doing by the Hungary Government itself by promoting Business in hungary where a foreign national can apply for a long term resident permit. For this an entrepreneur is investing lot of money by engaging a lawyer in hungary, by registering company, VAT fees accommodation and insurance coverage etc In addition to that paying heavy amount towards legalization of the documents and visa fees. But at the end of the day the embassy in Delhi is straight away refusing the visas with silly reasons. If the Hungary does not willing to grant visas to such immigration routes then why dont you just stop entertaining the applications? This clearly shows that the embassy and the Immigration office in Hungary making money from the people. This is nothing but a big scam.
I have now decided to lodge criminal complaint against this in the European Court of Justice and Schengen zone. I just wanted to bring to their notice about how Republic of Hungary is cheating non EU nationals in the form of visas. I will do my best to pursue this matter in the european union courts and throw Hungary out of the EU.
