Not much at all, healthy males will mate with any age girl it sees so be carefull/
It could be rough mating, as geckos do. All you can do for sure is separate them. Of course, if you do, they may stop mating afterward.
it really depends on where u live. they like it to be like 95-100 degrees so if u live in austrailia, cailfornia, or anywhere really hot but personally i wouldn't because a bird or a preditor can eat it.
If you got her from a pet store with other geckos and all you need is one male. she can lay the eggs when she wants if the male did it

No they shouldn't 'fight' as long as their is no big size difference. And you are sure It is only the one boy. If you see the boy bitting the females sides or tails this is a sign of mating!
