If they are just throwing up and unable to do anything else, just lie them on their stomach in a bed with minimal clothing (to prevent them choking on vomit and overheating) near the edge, then put a bucket as close to the bed as possible under their face (to catch the vomit). If you can get them to drink, give them a rehydrating drink like Powerade/Gatorade. Watch them until they are conscious again. If they have an extreme fever and/or are not responding to anything, e.g. pinching their arm or shining a torch around their eyes, then you should take them to a doctor.
