This is NOT a good situation, and you are far too young to even THINK about being a mother.
Yes...If your boyfriend is 19 years old and got you pregnant he doesn't seem responsible or caring. You are PREGNANT. You have much more important things to worry about than breaking the news when your dad hates the loser, sounds like he has good reason. And I'm pretty sure that if he even did like the guy then that would soon change

well i had my baby girl when i was young (I'm putting young because i don't want everyone who looks at this page to know, lol), and now I'm 18. if your partner and you are solid then that's great - it's only when your relationship is a bit rocky, trouble happens. having a baby at a young age cause's a lot of stress for everyone involved but i would change it for the world. think of the baby and not yourself....what's better for it?
if you and your boyfriend are serious, sit down and talk - there are always other possibility's such as a relative looking after the child.
As for your father....he only wants what's best for you. he might not like him but your boyfriend is your choice, although i would think about WHY your dad doesnt like him - there could be a good reason.
