It sounds as though the skin over the head of your penis (foreskin or prepuce ) is still a bit tight. You will find it to your advantage to do some foreskin stretching exercises. Google "foreskin stretching exercises" in order to get it retracting properly this is a normal situation and is easily set to rights.
is is better for both you and for the woman's comfort and pleasure if the foreskin is able to retract the way it is designed to. the foreskin is a uniquely designed and highly enervated piece of equipment. it is no more just a piece of skin then your eyelids are.

If nothing hurts, nothing's tearing, and your foreskin is retracting okay both during and not during erections, then you don't have to do a thing. The foreskin is a baggy bit of skin, dude. I can tell you for certain that none of them look the same as each other.
