What should you do if you know someone who is cheating on his fiancee yet he says he loves her and will marry her but he treats her badly but she wouldn't believe you if you told her?

You said the magic words "she wouldn't believe me if I told her." In fact, she'd be darned mad at you. Odd, but true. It hurts to hear those words from a friend, so it's denial time. There isn't much you can do. I'd tell her once and be stern about it and look her right in her eyes. Be prepared for the "denial scene" because that's what you are going to get, but at least you have acted like a true friend. Since he treats her badly anyway, then she doesn't respect herself enough or has low self confidence to want more out of a relationship, so, like some of us she has to go down this road on her own and hopefully learn a good lesson from it. I remember when I was going with my first husband, my family and friends told me what a loser he was, but, because of my youth I reasoned it out by saying to myself, "He loves me, and I can change him and make him a better person." NOT! I learned a hard lesson and lost 4 precious years of my life with that jerk, but, as fate always does, I had the courage to leave him and met a wonderful man and we've been happily married for 33 years. Basically, what I'm saying to you is, sometimes we just need to go down the odd bumpy road to learn some hard lessons. You're a good friend, so, have that one talk, and that's it. Don't get too involved, but when she finally figures it out then be a good friend and be there for her.
