If I were you I would want to call and ask the vet if you need to do something different.
If not then I would just feed it a LITTLE more not a lot just a little because you don't want it to get overweight, you just want to make it bigger.
Also, look up your breed of turtle and find out what size they usually grow to, to make sure you aren't expecting it to get bigger than they usually do.
