==new answer== The number one represents the use of individuality and the use of the aggresive quality which is the initiation of effort toward a goal. Zeros represent understanding which has been added through experience and the use of reasoning. Look to see what experience is being referred to through the use of the number 100 in order to see the significance. You may find a complete explanation of the numbers in the book, "Universal Language of Mind, Matthew interpreted", by Dr. Daniel Condron.

As per http://www.gethsemaneanabaptistchurch.org/Articles/numerology.html Number 2 There are two testaments, the Old and the New. There are two poles,… North and South. The disciples were told to go out two by two. In the Scriptures there are two places for souls. For the saved, it is heaven and for the lost it is hell. Jesus went to hell in the place of the believer and the soul of Jesus was a burnt offering there. There are two witnesses of God: Moses and Elijah and they are called the two olive trees, one upon the right side of the candlestick and one upon the left side (Zechariah 4:11). They stand by the God of the whole earth. God has two Kingdoms: the Kingdom of God (John 3) which is spiritual and the Kingdom of Heaven (Amos 9:11, Matthew 3:1) which is literal. There are two natures in the believers. In Romans 7, Paul deals with the number two because he is dealing with man's two natures: the old Adamic nature and the new nature from God which cannot sin. (I John 3:9). 2 means witness. There were two witness's in the book of Revaltion.Someone who see's and hear's first hand and can testify to the facts

A: The only time that the number 14 is used in the Bible with significance is in Matthew's version of the genealogy of Jesus. The author knew the the power of numerology to co…nvince the superstitious people of their time, and the numbers 7 and 14 had particular importance. Matthew demonstrates that there were 14 generations: from Abraham to David; from David to Josiah; from Josiah to Jesus. To do this, it has to ignore 3 kings in the Old Testament and have David in the preceding (as 14) and following (as 1) groups, but not so Josiah. The number 14 probably did not have unique siginificance other than as a multiple of 7, which was also seen as propitious. The author of Luke, writing about twenty years after Matthew, knew nothing of what Matthew had said, and so produced another genealogy that had great men occur in multiples of 7 generations starting from Adam, with: Enoch at 7; Abraham at 21; David at 35; Jesus at 77. He also had: Joseph at 42 and 70; Jesus (Jose) at 49. To do this, he had to insert his own fictitious people into the Old Testament list: Kainan at 13; Admin at 28. In both cases, the significance was to show by means of numerology that Jesus was intended for greatness. Of course, it is not possible for Joseph's father to be called Jacob (Matthew) but also called Heli (Luke), and New Testament scholars say that neither genealogy is likely to be historically accurate. Another Answer: In biblical numerology, some have claimed the number 7 and multiples of it (in this case 14), to represent 'perfection/completion.'
the number seven-in the bible-represents the 7th day, the day god had rested Answer: The number seven is consistently used to denote "completeness." The "seven-day" week is in…spired by God to remind man of creation, that the "physical" re-creation of the earth and man was "completed" in that amount of time. Naaman the Syrian was "completely" healed of his leprosy after he washed himself in the Jordan river "seven times." (II Kings 5) The chronological events of the prophetic book of Revelation is constructed around "three sets of sevens" [seven seals, seven trumpets and the final seven vials of the wrath of God poured out on the earth before Christ's return], which "completes" the plan of God.
This number is called "the number of the beast" in Revelation 13:18. It is a kind of secret code so that the original readers could work out the identity of the beast. Actuall…y the code is not very secret, and anyone who knows the Hebrew alphabet can work it out. You assign a number to each letter, then add up the numbers. One person whose Hebrew name adds up to 666 is NERO CAESAR. This is almost certainly the person intended, as he persecuted the Christians and forced everyone to worship himself. Nero was murdered, but some people were convinced by a pretender who claimed that the not-quite-dead Emperor had come back.
